Basic Bookkeeping

Includes expense categorization, statement reconciliation, preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, etc.), and organization of supporting documents for tax season for businesses with 200 transactions or less each month on average and no more than 3 bank accounts to reconcile. Charged monthly.

Payroll Add-on
$300.00

Includes Payroll management for up to 25 employees. Additional employees will be charged at $10/employee. Charged monthly.

Intermediate Bookkeeping
$300.00

Includes all the services of Basic Bookkeeping, plus the addition of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management. Charged monthly.

Travel Time
$10.00

Clients within 50 miles of our location may choose to have bookkeeping services performed at their location. This amount is charged by the hour and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Time calculations start when we leave our location and stop when we arrive at yours, multiplied by two to account for the return trip.

Added to the cost of the Basic Bookkeeping package for businesses which have more than 200 transactions/month and more than 3 bank accounts. Charged for each additional bank account above 3 accounts or for each additional 50 transactions/month above 200 transactions.
